Co-founder of Neuro-Semantics®

Dr. L. Michael Hall co-founded Neuro-Semantics® together with Dr. Bob Bodenhamer in 1996, as a field focused on meaning and performance. His most significant contribution to the field is the Meta-States Model, and the related frameworks of the Matrix Model and Axes of Change that were built on it — the modeling work that Neuro-Semantics itself is built on, and that underlies the courses on this site.

A career of modeling expertise

Described as a leading NLP Trainer and Developer, Dr. Hall studied and worked directly with Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP, writing several books for him and about NLP. He ran a private therapy practice for 20 years and an NLP Training Center for another 10, and has completed 27 modeling projects covering topics from resilience to leadership to wealth creation.

A prolific author

Dr. Hall has written 58 books, another 30 serial books, and over 100 published articles — including The Spirit of NLP (1996), Time For a Change, and Becoming More Ferocious as a Presenter.
